What we process and why

Through the contact form we process your email address, optionally your phone number, the selected plan and your message. We use this data to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if we sign an agreement, to provide Authify services and issue invoices.

Legal basis

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Art. 6(1)(b) steps prior to and performance of a contract, (c) legal obligations and (f) our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). We respond within one month.

Retention and processors

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for contract records as long as the law requires. Processors such as hosting and email providers act on our behalf. We do not share data with third parties for their marketing.
