THE USE CASE
Example: documenting a small collection
Suppose a collector has ten paintings, photographs and purchase documents. The first task is to connect the materials to the correct objects and establish which information is supported by documents.
Digital records then bring together descriptions and data sources. An agreed certificate and optional NFC workflow connects the record to the object. Selected images and descriptions can be prepared for online presentation. Owner details and purchase documents should not enter a public gallery without a deliberate decision.

No. This is an illustrative workflow. The business website’s demo also shows interface behaviour, rather than an independent artwork assessment.
